Sinosic Perosh Martial Arts collects personal information from Student Induction Forms, Membership Forms, and Direct Debit Forms. Sinosic Perosh Martial Arts holds personal information of its members such as personal information details and any medical conditions, which may prevent them from doing martial arts. Sinosic Perosh Martial Arts also holds bank account or credit card details of its members who pay their membership by direct debit.
The purpose of holding personal information of members is to:

Be able to contact the member
Follow up with its members when the direct debit company rejects payments
