Welcome to Sinosic Perosh Martial Arts

Sinosic Perosh Martial Arts is one of Australia's premier martial arts academies. Sinosic Perosh Martial Arts teach Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Muay Thai Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). There are two great locations to train at Concord and Liverpool which are in Sydney, NSW.

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year to everyone from SPMA. We have reopened after our break with our full timetable running. It's time to get back to training.

Christmas Holidays

SPMA will be closed for 2 weeks from Monday 21st December and will reopen on Monday 4th January. SPMA wishes all SPMA students and their families a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and safe New Year.

Congratulations Anthony & Steve!

SPMA Chief Instructor Anthony Perosh and Steve Micallef both won their fights tonights. Anthony by ref stoppage and Steve by decision. Congrats guys!

What do we teach?

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Learn Machado Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a ground fighting system that emphasizes position, control and submissions, using chokes, arm locks and leg locks.

Thai Kickboxing
Learn Muay Thai Kick Boxing for all your stand up needs including punching, kicking, elbows and knees.

Wrestling
Learn the essential takedowns and throws and counters required when in the clinch or to take your opponent down to the ground

Mixed Martial Arts & Self Defense
Then put it all together and learn Mixed Martial Arts (Also called Vale Tudo meaning "Anything Goes" in Brazilian Portuguese). Sinosic Perosh Martial Arts have, like so many others, come to the conclusion that to be truly effective one must cross train, and by offering our students classes in Mixed Martial Arts style training we are giving them an opportunity to truly prepare themselves for real world situations against real world attackers.

Balance out your training and lives with Ki Yoga emphasizing strength, flexibility, endurance and breathing.
